摩爾多瓦位於烏克蘭與羅馬尼亞之間,地處歐洲東部,是由德裡斯特河和普魯斯河衝刷出來的天堂聖地。葡萄種植在摩爾多瓦已經有著5000多年的歷史,因此這個區域保持著人們對西方市場發現、發展的神秘魅力。正如在以前,為著一次神聖的暢飲,人們會從摩爾多瓦首都去到西南部,只有30公裡的路程,無數的葡萄園,廣泛的分布在4300hectares 寬廣的土地上,會將你征服。在這塊肥沃的土地上,伴著溫暖的陽光,生長了夏敦埃酒,雷司令,紅葡萄酒,梅洛,皮諾,都是百翠莊園高品質的好酒.自很久以前當地的居民就掌握了精良的釀酒工藝,1866年以後,葡萄種植已經發展為了一個工業化的范疇,隨著一些在大宅裡隨漸興起的小葡萄酒釀造廠的出現,葡萄酒的釀造已不僅僅是用來款待親友,也是用來銷售的。葡萄酒制品如河水猛漲,人們對好酒的熱情也代代相傳,葡萄的種植也保持著珍愛般的佔有權。
二戰以後,在Hincesti出現了一個葡萄酒為產業的地方性公司,這就是摩爾多瓦的前幾家公司之一,這家公司不斷發展提高成為了今天一家現代化的酒莊。 它的名字是由一種葡萄樹的意文名稱而命名的,從此無可匹敵的優質葡萄酒誕生了。這個公司就是百翠酒莊。

Moldova is a threshold of paradise , washed by the rivers Nistru and Prut, placed in the center of Europe, between Ucraine and Romania. Even though the vinegrowing in Moldova has a history of more than 5000 years, this region keeps for the western markets the charm and mystery that one desires to discover and develop.
If ever , looking for a divine drink , you go southwest from the capital of Moldova , Chisinau, at only 30 km, sovereign vineyards, widespread on the immense domain covering 4300 hectares, will overwhelm you . Right here, on the fertile lands of Hincesti region, warmed by the sun , grow the grapes Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Riesling , Cabernet, Merlot , Pinot Noir; which stays at the basis for obtaining high quality inimitable wines of 『 Vitis Hincesti』.
Since long time the local inhabitants have had a fame of skillful winemakers . The grape processing had earned an industrial scale after 1866, with the opening of a small winery by the mansion-house of Manuc Bei , which was already production was swelling up , the passion for good wine was transmitted from one generation to another and the grape-growing steadily remained an exceptionally cherished occupation.
Right after the Second World War, in Hincesti was created a state enterprise for grape processing one of the first in Moldova,The enterprise was developing and renovating , to become nowadays a modern equipped winery , Its name superbly combines the Latin name of the vine , and the name of the locality , giving birth to the peerless wines 『Vitis Hincesti』.
